Changes that Heal

Clean BreakWhen a crisis arrives the last thing that we feel like we want to do is become decisive and make changes to our lives.  Yet, that can be the most helpful element to creating CHANGES that bring HEALING.

Our values often emerge when we are in the heat of the moment.  As if they are unearthed, the things that we truly hold as priorities rise to the forefront of our thoughts.

It is only the test of time that will help us gain experience learning to trust ourselves. You’re going to be with yourself your entire life.  Your body, mind, and spirit are going to be your substance from the first breath you take until the last breath you take.  When you hit crisis and know that the best choice for your body, mind, and spirit is the one you’re thinking of ~ go for it!
