- No more added sweeteners.
- Get rid of white potatoes.
- Make one day a week meatless.
- No fast food.
- Real breakfast.
- Make your own food.
- Banish high salt.
- Veggies. Veggies. Veggies.
- Go to bed hungry.
- Sleep.
- Splurge 1 time a week.
These sound pretty good. I believe these are non-negotiable. NOW, to get to it.
