Stories in Motion

Canton, Ohio, welcomes an arts experience that blends creativity, memory, movement, and spirit in a deeply personal way. On Saturday, December 6th at 10:00 a.m., choreographer and teaching artist Kimberly Crislip Jarvis will lead Stories in Motion: Movement, Memory, and Connection as part of Ordered Steps Dance Company’s Movement Workshop Series, The Sacred Place.

Who Can Attend: Ages 12+ and all mobility levels are welcome. No dance experience required.
Meet Kimberly, a creative nonprofit leader who blends arts, education, and strategy to strengthen communities and expand access to storytelling and literacy.
Kimberly began as a young dancer in rural Ohio, where early training sparked a path that led her to study and perform internationally, direct a modern dance company, and develop the movement-based teaching methods that shape her work today.
