How can I celebrate the gifts of others this week?
- Trust your team. Do not create dependency on yourself. Try not to insert yourself into each task, but instead watch how they would approach it.
- Create a system that will allow others to make decisions different than your preferences.
- Expand your circle to allow volunteers who may not idolize you.
- Allow others to represent your organization this week. They need the affirmation too!
