She believes that movement is medicine and uses dance to empower positive self-image, enhance workplace wellness, support leadership development, and foster creative aging.
Her original methodology, “Dancing from the Inside-Out,” is a dynamic and highly effective approach that integrates dance principles, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning with academic curricula. This model enhances student engagement in math, science, and language arts from early childhood through high school—and has also inspired team-building and innovation in professional environments.
In her home community, Kimberly serves as Executive Director of the Buckeye Book Fair, a nonprofit literacy organization that champions authors, illustrators, and reading across Ohio.
