“The world is moved along, not only by the mighty shoves of its heroes, but also by the aggregate of tiny pushes of each honest worker. “

Helen Keller

When we’re tired, frustrated, or afraid, our emotion seem to go haywire. Emotions are contagious. When we are around people that are distraught, we’re tempted to become upset! Your mind is like a garden. If you tend them with good thoughts, you will reap a bountiful harvest. If we allow them to be overgrown with negativity, we reap a bitter harvest instead.

I’m not proud of this video. It’s a simple act of obedience. This video is a tiny portion of the teaching arts video I worked on last week about conflict resolution. I’ll need to get it edited and posted soon. The point is that every person struggles with missing the mark of their goals and expectations. Instead of thinking about it, I’ll be helping others today. Please move from your place (emotionally, physically, mentally) and go forward.

These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.

John 16:33

Today, please go help someone who needs you…
