It is time folks. Without being too condescending, it’s time to remember we’re grown-ups and it’s time to exercise, eat well, sleep well, and focus on what you want to do with new daily habits. This will structure your healthy and resilient spirit. Here’s what will help you:

  • Know your “why”.
  • Practice deep breathing.
  • Hold space in your mind so the rest of your brain can grow.
  • Be grateful and count your blessings.
  • Be human.

“In this crisis, as we give up our dreams of quick fixes and realise there is much work ahead it’s time we look not only around ourselves but within ourselves too so we get stronger and more resilient to face up to whatever ever is coming next. It may feel hopeless, unfair and like we’ve earned a break but realistically, we are stronger than we give ourselves credit for and we will find that as we set our “personal practice” and once we’re through this we would have built something of value. ” ~ Duena Blomstrom

It’s time to balance the conditioning of keep it to yourself and oversharing. There is a place right in the center that is made for solid human compassion. Let’s pull ourselves together and seek it!
