Welcome to 2015. Welcome to the 2015 fitness challenge. Thank you to Cindy Bremkamp the inspiration for an online challenge of this kind. As you prepare for the days ahead; remember this is a journey to a new place. Be gentle with yourself. Be firm; but also balanced with grace.

Your desire to change must be greater than your desire to stay the same.

Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.  See, I the Lord, am doing a new thing. Isaiah 43:18-19

You have made a decision to improve your health.
You have made a choice to grow.
For the next few months, you will be taking a journey that will change your life.

THE GREATER THE EFFORT, THE GREATER THE GAIN

BE PATIENT with yourself.  The journey is about the PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION.  When you “mess-up” (and you will) QUICKLY FORGIVE yourself and get back on track.  Invite GRACE and TRUTH to be your friends on the journey.  Meditate on BALANCE, FREEDOM, and HEALING, it’s what you deserve.  It’s time to READ AND MEMORIZE inspiring phrases and quotes.  Many women want a new figure, but it starts by reaching for a NEW HEART and a RENEWED MIND.
