The Covid-19 stay-at-home order asked us to let go of our pre-virus identity, prepare a roadmap to achieve our goals, and it provided time for us to validate our skills and relationships. However, not everyone knew how to do this!
“Some students will take to it quickly and become addicted, while others will be exasperated or repelled. Faculty will need to keep the lessons balanced and joyous; but cannot sacrifice the opportunity for students to face the straightforward, simple technique principles offered in our lessons”, explained Payne.
Over the last few months we’ve been listening to webinars and guest panelists in business and the arts industries. One of the most important things we’ve noticed is the need to PARTNER UP for strong collaborations!
